What is your return policy?

Returns are not accepted, however refunds may be issued for damaged items. Please see the Return Policy page for more details.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping typically takes 1-7 business days.

Do you offer custom or made-to-order items?

Yes. Many of our products are made to order. Processing times vary by item and are listed on each product page.

How do I care for my wood products?

For food-safe items you may wash by hand with warm water and dish soap if needed. For end tables and other furniture items, lightly rub with a damp rag. Avoid harsh chemicals that may wear down the finish. 

Can I make changes to my order after placing it?

Changes to selections that do not affect the price of the item may be requested within 24 hours of placing an order, however there is no guarantee those changes can be made if the item has already passed that point in production. Any changes affecting price can not be made after an order is placed.

Can I cancel my order?

No. After you have placed an order it cannot be canceled.
